REFUND POLICY
if you cannot attend your purchased event for any reason, and notify us at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event, we are able to provide a full refund. supplies are purchased and seating is unable to be re-filled after a 14 day mark, so a refund unfortunately cannot be issued after this point.
If your purchased event or class has to be cancelled by cozy nook and cannot be rescheduled, you will be notified and a refund will be provided. FOR RESCHEDULED EVENTS- if you cannot attend a rescheduled date, please contact us, we are happy to work with you.
semester classes; once a semester has begun, we are unable to provide any refund. WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO KEEP OUR PRICES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR FAMILIES, AND PURCHASE SUPPLIES IN BULK TO HELP KEEP THESE COSTS DOWN. we can only provide a refund if we are informed at least 14 days prior to the semester class beginning, AFTER THIS POINT SUPPLIES ARE ALREADY PURCHASED. we greatly appreciate you for your understanding and supportING our SMALL BUSINESS.
